What fashion is to people, SANDER is to spaces. For over 50 years, we have been synonymous with high-quality table and home textiles that do not merely decorate spaces, but bring them to life. Four collections a year, a keen eye for colours, materials and trends – and a clear mission: to design interiors in the way people want to live today.

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for one person for each of our sales regions – Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia – who loves design, can win people over and is keen to take a strong brand to the next level in the retail sector.

YOUR ROLE

You’ll be the face of SANDER in Bavaria. You’ll look after existing customers, build new contacts and develop your territory through your own initiative. You’ll spot opportunities in the market, identify trends and bring fresh ideas from the retail sector directly to us – in this way, you’ll not only shape our sales but also actively help shape the future of our collections.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

An outstanding brand with a clear strategy and genuine ambition, high-quality products that leave a lasting impression, and an established sales territory with long-standing clients and plenty of potential for new ideas.

You’ll work independently from your home office and regularly visit customers, retailers, interior designers and decorators, as well as attending trade fairs and regional events. With strong communication skills, a knack for negotiation and a keen eye for high-quality home interiors, you’ll position our products effectively in the market – and take responsibility for sales, customer development and the strategic growth of your territory.

A team that shapes processes together and provides you with reliable support – from sales right through to logistics.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

You have experience in selling high-quality products, ideally in the fields of textiles, interiors, home design or lifestyle. You have a keen eye for aesthetics, are interested in colours, shapes and trends, and understand what sets our brand apart.

Proactive initiative, persuasiveness and an entrepreneurial mindset are just as much a part of who you are as the desire to make a real difference – and the joy of building long-term customer relationships based on trust. Experience in retail, interior design, design studios or medium-sized companies is a plus.
